Engaged Scholarship at Lehman College

Biblio-Tech, the bi-annual newsletter of the Leonard Lief Library, includes articles about Faculty research and engaged scholarship, as well as news about new library initiatives and resources.

Information Literacy sessions offered in the library may involve flipped instruction. Students may be asked to complete a pre-class assignment at home prior to the Information Literacy session. Library faculty have researched flipped instruction.

The Human Library brings together the Lehman College Community to enhance experiences of diversity and inclusion. Students share their own stories of inspiration and resilience to break down barriers of stigma, bias, and misunderstanding.

The Leonard Lief Library Zine Collection consists of zines that reflect life in the Bronx - as well as student interests and the College curriculum. The collection offers current and future researchers a unique perspective on the diversity, culture, and social fabric of the Bronx.
