HITE is a searchable online directory of more than 6,000 health and social service organizations and programs in NYC's five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester.

4. On the left hand side enter service you are looking for or click on Category
5. Select category within Social Supports & Services
6. Enter Zip Code in the Zip box and select Distance you are willing to travel from the Distance drop box (1 - 50 miles)
7. Other Filters (Options): Category; By Age; By Population; Language Spoken.
