Dr. Amy Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School, will explore "The Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well."

Edmondson's research crosses many disciplines, including Business, Healthcare, Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and addresses institutional effectiveness and the human capacity to learn from experiences.

Dr. Amy C. Edmondson is Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School.

This talk is jointly organized by the School of Education, the Leonard Lief Library, the School of Business, Health Promotion & Nutrition Sciences (HPNS), and CUNY Institute for Health Equity

Event will take place in the East Dining Room of the College's Music Building.
