Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

The Leonard Lief Library at Lehman College has resources to support study of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) in as a general area of study and also in your discipline. This guide contains discovery tools and databases to search; links to SoTL journals, professional organizations, and conferences; Lehman and CUNY Institutional Review Board information; and funding resources.

Resources can be accessed on campus or off-campus. Use your CUNY Credentials to login to Library resources.

Additionally, Leonard Lief Library librarians can support your research and also your students' research through the reference desk, one-on-one consultations with subject librarians, information literacy classes, and 24/7 chat line support.

Off-Campus Access

From off-campus, Lehman users will be prompted to log into databases, e-journals, e-books, and other subscription resources via their CUNYFirst Credentials.

Your CUNYFirst Credentials are the same as your BlackBoard/Brightspace Credentials.

  • To login, enter your CUNY Login Credentials, which are you CUNYFirst or BlackBoard Credentials
  • You must have an active CUNY First Account
  • To report a problem, please select Forget Username or Forget Password 
  • If you do not have CUNYFirst credentials and should have off-campus access, please fill the report a technical problem form
