Off-Campus Access

From off-campus, Lehman users will be prompted to log into databases, ejournals, ebooks, and other subscription resources.

Students should log in as follows:

Use your LDAP login (not Lehman e-mail login).

This is the same login you use for Printing in the Library:

  • Username: Firstname.Lastname
  • Password: The default LDAP password (not e-mail) will expire every 90 days. Students are notified via their Lehman e-mail
  • For assistance with your Username or Password, contact the IT Help Desk (HelpDesk@lehman.cuny.edu or 718-960-1111, Carman Hall 108), or access the Self-Service Password Management website: http://www.lehman.edu/sspm
  • It is recommended that students register their LDAP passwords on the Self-Service Password Management website before their password expires.

Faculty should use current Lehman e-mail Username and Password.

Periodicals Room

The Periodicals Room, located on the Concourse level of the Library, contains print versions of the magazine, journal, and newspaper holdings of Lehman College, both in current and previous years, but excluding Education journals. Education journals can be found on the third floor in the Education Library.

Print Indexes for use in the Periodicals Room are located on the north side of the Concourse level in a portion of Room B17.
